This policy explains what personal data I collect when you contact me or submit a form — on this website or through an ad on Facebook or Instagram — what I do with it, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data

I do not collect payment details through this site, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Forms filled in on Facebook or Instagram
If you reach me through an ad, you may fill in a form inside Facebook or Instagram rather than on this website. In that case Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. passes me the details you submitted — normally your name, email and phone number. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy. From the moment the details reach me, this policy applies to them.
Who else sees your data
I do not sell your data and I do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by a small number of service providers who process it on my behalf:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of this website
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous analytics on how the site is used
- Resend — delivery of the emails I send you
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — the Meta Pixel, if you accepted cookies; and any details you submitted through a form inside Facebook or Instagram
- Google Workspace — the mailbox where your message arrives
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised usage — which pages are opened, where visitors click, where they stop. It does not read your name, email or anything you type into a form field.
It also uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta that reports whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to a visit or an enquiry. Without it I have no way of knowing which advert is worth paying for. The pixel is switched off until you press Accept on the cookie banner; if you press Decline, or never answer, it stays off and nothing is sent to Meta. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data.
You can also block either of them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. The site works normally either way.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the work and afterwards for as long as Spanish accounting and tax law requires.
- Analytics: as long as Microsoft Clarity retains it under its own policy.
You can ask me to delete your details sooner, at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to:
- tell you what data I hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop or limit what I do with it, or object to it
- hand it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format
- withdraw your consent — this does not undo anything done before you withdrew it
Write to simeon@simeondimitrov.eu and I will answer within 30 days. No form to fill in, no reason required.
If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es.
Security
Your data is held in access-controlled accounts protected by two-factor authentication, and is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfect; if a breach ever put your rights at risk, I would tell you and the authority as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page.
