What the calculator counts

The systems that take the work over.

From the website itself to the systems behind it. Each one stands alone — or wires together into a single operation that keeps running without you.

Classic Watches

High-volume watch & jewelry retailer, optimized end to end — speed, technical SEO, mobile UX, checkout friction, product data, supplier feeds, plus a permanent click-level analytics and monitoring stack.

1,736 broken images → 0 · avg. position 12 → 7 · every click recorded
Visit the site
  • Rankings that pay: average position moved from ~12 to ~7; #1 for the core money terms; brand and series pages restructured around the terms that actually convert
  • Speed: brand & category pages 14× faster via database indexing; full-page cache brought first-byte time down to 0.27s; bot-storm defence keeps the server at 1–2s in peak hours, under attack, instead of 30s
  • Checkout friction: dead zones found with click-level data and fixed the same day — dead links removed, visible loading states, whole-field click targets
  • Images: 1,736 photos overflowing the listing frames → 0; broken thumbnails repaired; wrong images in Google results replaced; SEO-named product photos
  • Technical SEO: schema, robots, canonicals and unique meta everywhere; the broken XML sitemap rebuilt to 27,000 clean URLs; 6.3M faceted filter URLs tamed so Google crawls only what matters
  • Filters rebuilt: live result counts next to every brand, impossible combinations greyed out with a (0), and a price filter that states the real range and takes a min/max — with zero extra database queries
  • Mobile UX (86% of traffic): sticky buy bar on product pages, rebuilt mobile filters & sorting, cleaner header and brand menu
  • Merchandising: “−12%” and “NEW” badges back on the listing, in-stock products pinned first, recommended ordering and last-added sorting fixed in the admin
  • Catalogue cleanup: 1,651 dead duplicate brands removed, 118 duplicate products and 240+ split brands merged, thousands of missing specs filled, 18,000+ English product names written
  • Supplier feeds: guards that stop a bad import from breaking prices, stock and photos; a shopping feed with 1,370 wrong images fixed to 0; a failing Facebook feed rebuilt as a stable daily export; a new supplier wired in end to end
  • Analytics that never forgets: a custom clickstream recording every visitor’s path permanently, behaviour analytics, automated daily reports and live monitoring that has caught real outages
  • Infrastructure: disk usage brought from 90% down to 42%, a 309-second admin query reduced to instant with the right indexes, and the whole stack prepared for a PHP 8 move with automatic rollback

Hire a team vs. one operator with systems.

Hire a developer + a marketer

  • €5,000–7,000 per month in salaries and social security
  • First result after a 2–3 month learning curve — before any work starts
  • Two people, two opinions, nobody measuring
  • Vacations, sick leave, turnover — and the knowledge leaves with them
  • Redesigns based on taste, never on data
  • No guarantee on anything
VS

Find & Fix the Leaks

  • One price, paid per milestone, no lock-in
  • First leak located in week one, first fix live in week three
  • Every click recorded — decisions come from data, not taste
  • Monitoring 24/7, alerts the moment something breaks
  • Fixes on the live site, each one reversible, nothing broken
  • Money-back guarantee, measured in your own dashboard
FAQ

What people ask before taking the step.

Do I need technical people on my side?
No. I need access to your site and your analytics, and one person who can answer questions about how you sell. Everything else — the clickstream, the fixes, the dashboard — I do myself.
How fast do I see something?
The clickstream goes live in the first week. The leak map, ranked by lost orders, is ready in the second. The fixes ship in weeks three and four. Day 30 is the before/after on Find the Leaks; Fix the Leaks runs the same loop over 90 days.
Will you break my site?
Every change ships as a small, reversible patch on the live site, measured before and after. If a fix does not help, it comes off the same day and we move to the next leak. This is how Classic Watches, a store with 20,000 products, was optimised without a single outage.
What if it does not work?
Every plan carries the money-back guarantee: if the dashboard shows no measurable improvement by the deadline — day 30 on Find the Leaks, day 90 on Fix the Leaks — you get a full refund. Fix and Grow adds a support guarantee — a month without measurable progress is added back for free. The data decides, not opinions — mine included.
Is my data safe? Do you train models on it?
The clickstream lives in your own database and stays yours. Nothing is used to train anything. Access is removed the day we finish, unless you are on Fix and Grow.
Does the free leak check oblige me to anything?
No. On the call I show you the three biggest leaks I can see and what fixing them is worth. If you decide to fix them yourself, take the notes with you. If I cannot find a single leak, you have lost twenty minutes and gained a compliment.
Do you work with small stores?
Find the Leaks needs real traffic to measure — roughly 5,000 visitors a month or more. Below that, the free check still applies, and I will tell you honestly whether the numbers are big enough to pay for it.
